Yaay, first villain!
Queen Grimhilde, or the evil Queen from Snow White. I was very glad I found a picture of Margaret II of Avesnes from 1328, so I could incorporate Grimhilde cape and collar
I also used pieces from other periods, for instance the hair is from a picture of 1305 and the dress from 1285. In the end I dated this outfit to about 1300 
I'm very happy about the background, especially since my drawing program wasn't working as well as it should.
So it won't be all villains this cycle, I also intend to do minor female characters. Next up, for instance, will be the Blue Fairy from Pinocchio

Great piece! The first thing I want to comment are the features - you did her eyes greatly, darting envy. The arched eyebrows, the nose and the lips surely belongs to someone who would be the second most beautiful woman in the world. The only thing I don't like very much is the hair, since when we see it in the movie in the transformation scene, it's straight and only a bit wavy around the ends.
I love the fur in the cape and the rubies necklace. I think my favourite element is the crown - rich.

I did base the hair on some medieval drawings, not on the queen herself. And I love the crown too, it was really fun to draw

Weet je, als ik de historische versie en de originele versie vegelijk moet ik zeggen dat voor deze ene keer alles ongeveer lijkt te kloppen.
