Description
Designed in PhotoShop Elements 8. I downloaded the template but had to open it in Preview and resave as a PNG since it was a PSD file.Arial font in two sizes and density. Used three bevels to get the look of the imprint.
Using a default brush as a paint brush using it at 35% opacity "painted" the area beneath the words. Bevel to get the streaked look.
