Friends go,People die,
It's Part of life,
Yet we still cry.
Our hearts want,
Our hearts need,
But could it really
just be greed?
When you see,
That someone cries,
You wipe the tears,
From their eyes.
You talk it out,
Words exchange,
You think about it,
People change.
Pets go,
We replace them, really,
But could I substitute you,
just as easy?
Trees are leafy,
Then they're not.
It seems like life,
Is just like that.
But buds grow,
Heartache dies,
And life is good,
In my eyes.
