The second in the series (first one is here [link] )I'm glad I decided to go with the series, because I actually like this shot as a pure photograph more than the first one. But the first was necessasry to set things up. (Hope I'm making sense. And if I'm not, don't worry about it

I love beach shots. I find a sense of peace by the water's edge, especially when no one else is around. It feels like you're closer to the sky, the beautiful sky. You're standing on the beach, the wide open sky before you. The colors are simply fantastic. It does feel like you're closer to something, but that something is slipping away so quickly, right before your eyes. You do your best to drink it all in and wrap it around you before it leaves completely. Simply beautiful.

Nice. I like both shots in the series but this one just pips the post as it's in landscape orientation, you still get a lot of that wonderfull sky but also more expanse of land. Anyway, it's simple but stunning.

Wow, this is beautiful. Definitely much better than the first. I guess I can see what you mean about setting things up. If I hadn't seen the first, I might not fully appreciate the grandeur of this one? Can't wait for the third.

Beautiful balance between the sky and the earth. Placing the fence to the
right leaves a lot of open space.. A good place to let the thoughts run
free. Lovely detail is the fence from the third in the series. It shows
where you'll go next.

The sky is sooo crazy in this. Looks like you took 2 different skys and mixed them together. Also really like how you have bright white on one side of clouds then red down below. Sort of like two different suns, two different times. THe dock streaching out sort of just gives reference to the whole thing. +fav

i like this so much more than the first on!! beautiful! its not too bright or too dark.. theres detail in the shadows too. very nice work with that! and i like the composition too. oh i wish i had been there to see this beautiful place and sunset myself!
