amazing work, i would never be able to do such a thing with a dip pen in such a small paper, the whole detail and movement is just astonishing, great work!

Actually the paper size is enough for that level of detail, with dip pens you can make thin lines, so it's not hard at all. In fact I think I could have problems on bigger size, haha.
Thank you very much!

i too feel disorientated on bigger papers, but i've tried to draw with dip and pen on A3 and i wasn't that successful, you are awesome.
how many hours it took to complete? and how many hours do you take to finish your pointillism ones? those always left me speechless. you are awesome, your talent is god like.

It depends mostly on what do you want to achieve. I've made a figure drawing with dip pen on A1 and it looked good I think, but not because it was super-realistic and polished but because there were just some areas on which I focused and detailed. But I'm sure I could lost my sanity if I tried pointylism or just my usual "style" in that size.
I honestly don't remember how long that dragon took me.  But it wasn't too much. I never count hours, I usally work on one piece 2-3 hours a day. Sometimes I finish a drawing during a month but that desn't mean I spend that much time on it, if you know what I mean. Argh, hard to tell.
I'm really, really happy to hear that! My traditional b&w work is something special to me, so thanks

yeah i see, haha i too don't do stuff in one timed sessions. but i really find fascinating the way some people do,i just thought you did it that way. your work is amazing, i'm always eager to see what's next. you're welcome. you deserve much more.
Ps: i really liked your experimental drawings like the "Inklings I" do you happen to have anything similar you haven't posted? i found them really interesting.

Oh, nice you like my "Inklings"! At first it came out completely accidentaly, haha. But no, right now I don't have anything new which I haven't posted yet. I guess I need to start working on something that isn't another commission or crappy accademy assigment...
