and the drinks are so cold.Project in the works, it's for a contest but I need some help. Someone want to help me come up with a bg? Just a sketch would rock. I can take it from there. I just took the characters and just colored them and tossed outlines on them. For funzies.
It's cool now that I think of it; Switchy is all blues, Zack is all reds, and Aisa is all orangey colors. Kinda look cool together.

For the background, maybe have them sat on a picnic blanket on the beach? or under the shade of a tree? That would complete this pic and make it even more awesome than it already is!

The drinks are cool and the characters are EVEN COOLER. I LOVE this! The interaction is seriously fantastic! I love how Zack's all like >8D about to swat the bug off of Aisa's face and she's just like 8|. It's really charming. I love the watermelon too. Ugh it's so summery and awesome. Switchback looks AWESOME too! I love how she's just hangin' back in her shades lookin' all laid back and fancy. I love the hair poofy you gave her too! I've never seen that done before, and I kinda like it! I love all those tiny little details too like the ice cubes in her drink and the shinies on her sunglasses and freakin' ZACK'S HAND. I keep doing the same thing with my own hand xDD. I love LOVE Aisa's expression too. It's the perfect cross-eyed whats-that-on-my-face... face. Your pose and expression skills are freakin' fantastic!

I am so glad you like it this much!!! I was expecting an "aww it's cute thank you!" or a "wow they look so cute thanks so much!" You comment make me feel a lot better, I was thinking about just leaving it like this as a gift kind of think and not actually entering! All I see it the stuff that's wrong with it of course lol.
