So, what's the best size and resolution to use in order to get a good logo that is scalable, like you said? Thanks :3

All designs a best done on vector programs like Corel Draw or Illustrator. Thats because vectors can be resized without deforming or losing quality, that means you don't have to worry about resolution. A logo should be able to be readable at very small sizes like less of 100px height. If you work on Photoshop then all logos should be done on 300 dpi and really big files so you won't have problems to change to bigger sizes in case you need it.
