Personality:
Of the two brothers that work for Mindaugas, Witek is the eldest. Good humored and mild tempered, this Sawk has an easy-going nature, one that isn’t easily ruffled by tension (which is a good skill to have in Mindaugas’ lab). Should you need to inquire about something when visiting the lab, Witek is the one you should seek out, more than willing to have a conversation with those curious about the work that goes on behind closed doors (though if you get the truth is another story). Compared to his brother, Witek is the weaker of the two physically, but has greater endurance and is more tactically oriented; should his brother take things too far, he’s quick to chide him (playfully, of course). He enjoys the science of Mindaugas’ experiments more than the “field tests,” although truthfully he likes all aspects of the job, and thus he has retained a reasonable understanding of the Reuniclus’ research.

History:
By a curious accident, Witek and Emil ended up in Mindaugas’ lab (although some might call it fate). Several years ago, the brothers left their homeland, following the meandering trade routes of the International Guild to find their headquarters. Their aim was to become guards, members of the Free Swords and adventurers at heart; instead, they bumbled into Mindaugas’ lab, and their lives were never the same. Luckily (or unfortunately, depending on who you ask), Mindaugas had a spot open for assistants, and Witek quickly took the role of note-taker, as gel hands, bulky gloves, and constant focus make written research difficult for Mindaugas. As much as the researcher denies it, Witek is indispensable to his work, and now that both brothers have made it to the new lab in Aether, Witek is ready to get back to it (and hopefully avoid another explosion).
