Apparently Apokalypse likes the taste of Tsu'ke's mane

This is the breeding picture between my Apokalypse and ~ClopinMiseried 's lovely mare Tsu'ke. I would've liked to make a whole picture with an epic background and so, except
1. my background skills suck
2. I wanted to get this finished
No refs, and I had the most fun drawing her ^^ Her markings are amazing!

And now its Story time!

Poka lifted his head casually, peering out of his stall door as a person walked up to him. He squinted, recognising her as his rider, the woman everyone called 'Aneeta'. "Ok, This is your first breeding here, so be on your best behaviour.... please" She gushed, chucking on a red halter to lead him to a paddock. He followed her curiously, passing a float smelling strongly of a foreign mare, than towards one of the paddock where an older girl stood, watching. He noticed that Aneeta was holding her breath - What on earth was she nervous about? Poca stamped impatiently, pushing the gate with his muzzle only to have it snap back on the chain holding it. Aneeta hurriedly fiddled with the lock, oblivous to Poca's glare. 'Hurry up, woman' He thought, then lifted his head, and gasping slightly. In the paddock was a mare, but not like any one he had seen before. Her coat held the most intricate pattern he had ever seen, and her eyes had no whites, only large yellow retinas set againt black. With a tang, the gate opened infront of him, and he trotted towards the mare, head held high. They sniffed each other, than Poca Lifted his head and couldnt help but grab a lock of that lovely black mane inbetween his teeth. Tsu'ke was suprised at first, then allowed him to nibble her mane before grabbing a lock of his own and pulling it. The two horses spent a day together before she was taken away, Poka neighing once or twice after her before being taken back to his stall
