I didn't do the makeup (unfortunately!) , but the make-up that was used was from the company Grimas (grimas.com). Darkblue for the scales, ligher blue for hightlights and then powder to make it look more "skin" like.

I'll be sure to ask the one who did the make up, next time i see her

As far as I know, it does. Easy to apply and somewhat resistant to smudging .
