That's good! Pew is the scariest character in the book, after all...ever see the 1934 film version?  The actor who played Pew got the voice dead-on:

"Come now, march," interrupted he; and I never heard a voice so cruel, and cold, and ugly as that blind man's.

I believe Ian McDiarmid deliberately patterned his delivery on that of old Pew when playing Emperor Palpatine.

After I drew that I looked at it and thought "I love that guy"
I changed up the design for the iris, adding some of my pen designs around the pupil. The colors are a bit different to.
