◊ Personality: Valentine is by all means a loner, however his personality does fluctuate depending on how he feels like interacting. Usually he tends to be cold and distant, won't answer if spoken to, curt, blunt, looks physically perturbed to be in the presence of another. Other times, he shockingly is helpful, kind, thoughtful and gentle. This side of him is relatively unknown, but he isn't a complete ass.

◊ Biography: Twenty-three years old, Val was brought back to life through some sort of cloning of his ancestor's fossils. Born by a scientist, he was handed off to a man by the name of Neilian, who in turn worked for a group with similar intentions to Team Rocket from the past. Never cared for, only bred to fight, he took this to heart and understood that he was the only thing that could protect his master. His master was his bond and this bond would never be severed- he would protect the man with his life. Born to fight, he was faster than most and stronger; Valentine grew quickly and steadily more powerful with each battle. However, like Team Rocket, the group eventually was brought down and each member scattered into the wind. Still a young Pokémon, Val was naive in thinking he was still needed after the group was gone. Instead, he was thrown out and left alone in the woods until he managed to release himself from his Poke ball.

Bitter and angry, the young Areodactyl thought himself to be thrown away due to his lack of ability. So, training every day, battling stray Pokémon and even trainers, he vowed to become stronger in hopes his master would come back for him. And there he waited in the forest...for years.

Finally captured by another trainer, he was given the name Valentine by a girl whose name was Danielle. A beautiful girl in heart and looks, Val fell in love with his new trainer. His vow renewed when she accepted him into her team. Years passed and he never felt so blissfully happy when he was without his trainer, Dani; however, fate had another course for the girl. Falling ill, there was nothing Val could do...

Becoming a Mercenary in this village was necessary, needing the money and not wanting to be a Pokémon to another trainer ever again, he remains a loner.
