Description
My friend just had her baby (it's a girl!) and rather than send real flowers to the hospital (many hospitals have 'no flowers' policies because of scent sensitivities), I made this bouquet that will not only last forever, but is safe enough to keep in the nursery at home.

The flowers are from a pattern found in the March/April '09 issue of Crochet Today . The stems are craft wire covered in single crochet and sculpted to allow the bouquet to stand without a vase.

All yarn is 100% acrylic, Red Heart (comfort and comfort sport) except the peach colour which is Bernat Big Value and the brightest pink, which is Patons Canadiana.

This bouquet is not for sale.
