that is BEAST! what do you use to get it to stick?

usually I use mixture of water, powdered wallpaper glue and glue for wood....
this time I used only glue for wood with a little bit of wheat flour.
I heard that the best ingredient is transparent acrylics, it sticks better and gives a layer of plastic on top of everything that protects the paper.... but I canΒ΄t find that thing anywhere...
