This isn't how i wanted this to turn out at all haha, but i suppose it doesnt look too bad.I felt like drawing something angsty for no reason so i went ahead and did it, Rain always seems to be my victim for these kinds of pictures. Poor guy XD
Random background of grass and sky - im adventurous, what can i say?

I like the grass and how you drew the blood dripping into it. That looks realistic.
But as for the actual wounds...they don't... :/ And the glow doesn't really look like redness...it's too uniform.

Yeah i got a bit lazy with the cuts, ususally I try to make them look a lot deeper and not just one block colour.
