As they kissed, she made sure to keep her mouth tight on his until he swallowed. Once, twice, relaxing her grip only after she felt his tongue seeking out more of her tainted blood. She bit his tongue, and as he continued to lick her wound, her infected blood mingled with his, sealing his fate.
