Description
When I got Pokémon White last year, I caught a Litwick to be the 6th member of my playthrough team (7th if you count the Unfezant I occasionally rotated onto my team). I wanted a shiny one, because I liked the orange Chandelure, but it wasn't until I started EV Training Eevees (and other Pokémon) that I caught a shiny Litwick. Needless to say, I left that Litwick untouched and in a box somewhere

Sadly no. I had a regular one because I didn't think it would be worth farming the tower for a shiny one. Later on I found a shiny one while EV Training and caught it. By then I'd ran out of things to do in the game though
