I mean shouldn't it be insulting to women who actually have back problems because of their breasts. it's ridiculous, everyone has a little bit of back pain every now and then, it's called toughening up and accepting the fact not pointing to things to blame. When a girl with a little bit of back pain has breasts that aren't completely obscured by her clothes everyone starts pointing to them like "Get those reduced!" My point being I think people have a poor understanding of how big your breasts have to be in order for them to really cause problems. Everyone acts like D-cups will snap your back if you're even a little bit slim.
