My first fanart of Kino from Kino's Journey.
I love this anime, Kino travels around the world to strange countries with companion Hermes the talking motorcycle. Instead of my usual crazy colour palette, I thought of using soft colours and shading again. I like working in this colouring style, it's pleasant, to say the least. ^___^
I wanted to call this one "Kino and The Country of Hayfever" but it didn't quite ring. Yay grass.

Really great! I just found Kino's Journies the other day and put all the episodes on my psp... I ended up watching them all in two days. This REALLY looks like something she would do!

I was watching the anime (mostly because I thought Kino was a hot/cute/bishi guy) but then they kept calling Kino a girl, so I was like, wtf? And I went to wikipedia and I was like WTF??!! Cuz Kino's a GIRL. That was SOOOO unexpected.
But this is really good! I love it! INSTANT FAVE!

I love Kino! It's such an awesome series. I've heard that the novels are going to be released in English by Tokyopop at some date in the future (Gravitation novels were announced by them at the same time, and I've seen those out, but I have not yet found the Kino novels. It should be soon). So keep an eye out for those
