Made using the instructions by therru and pnr over at crafty_tardis .Gingerbread Daleks! They feature goodie 'ears', edible ball bearing decorations on the 'skrit', a goodie gun and a pretzel eye stalk and plunger arm. Perhaps soon that shall have a plunger end too. XD
Davros is ANGRY over his gingerbread Daleks. They should be too fearsome for this!!

I have actually yet to eat them. I made 'em for decoration, not so much for eating. I used a stiffer kind of gingerbread, one that will hold it's shape and fight gravity better. I hear that you can dunk it in tea, and it's edible again? I'm too much of a wuss for that.
I'm a bit worried over how I'm going to pack them to move them to my new place. I think they'll be sitting in the wheel well on the passenger side!

You made a gingerbread TARDIS? Did you use regular gingerbread dough, and was it stiff enough to hold it's shape?

They'd be lost without their gingerbread leader. And he's so cute!
I used the hard kind of gingerbread dough, the kind used for making gingerbread houses. No pliability. A bit of icing on the joints and that thing won't come apart without purposely smashing it.

There's the soft kind, for making delicious delicious cookies. I don't know if I'd want to eat the hard kind, since it gets so sharp when it breaks. And I'm a wimp.

Ah, yes, they do get a bit brittle. But the wimpy can dunk them in tea. (I just knaw on them.)
