It was a friends birthday, and we felt that she needed a Bandit Keith cake. It's a carrot cake with cream cheese icing made from scratch, and then decorated with various dollar store candies and sunglasses. Also white stars that I picked out of the bin at Bulk Barn with a big scoop.and aided me in the decorating.
