The second plushie in my Earthbound gift project: Paula!
Paula is made of felt and ribbon, and stuffed with poly-fil. Her design is based mainly on the small figurine in the picture, but I took a few creative liberties mostly with her hair. I did her eyes and blush as felt cut-outs like Ness to make them more unified.
Ooh, she has white panties, too.
