It's a Sailor ChibiChibi plushie! I made her from *pheleon 's mini plushie pattern and tutorial. I thought it was only appropriate to make her, considering it's my first chibi plushie.Materials: Felt, acrylic paint, poly-fil
Note: Painting on felt is a bitch. xD

Thanks! I just cut a circle out of felt and cut it into a spiral from the outside toward the middle. Super easy.
