Remind me never ever again to decide to do something for a themed holiday (see: deadline) but only starting like a few days in advance and not planning things properly because BOY do I regret. I feel like this could have actually been super nice if I had had the luxury of taking my time but alas I'm an idiot!

Anyway 13.12 is known as Saint Lucy's day and it's a celebrated day in Nordic countries, particularly Sweden. Since I come from the boarder of Finland and Sweden it was also a pretty crucial part of my own childhood, although maybe not as much as it is for kids in Sweden. It's usually a tradition that Lucia is picked from among blond women with long hair and as such I figured in an all-boys school that part would fall on Claude, although he actually feels pretty vulnerable with his hair open, so this is truly a rare treat lmao. Ironically this tradition makes little to no sense considering Lucy herself is portrayed to have dark hair and dark eyes!

I'm so bad with perspective and drawing two characters but there was an attempt xoxo Also I had to draw the frame myself once again because I couldn't find any good ones that were free to use without crediting so I had to do just. do it myself haha. Oh also I aimed for the aesthetic of those super sappy Christmas card with like. super unfitting "Merry Christmas" type of text on top of them: I have always had a big fondness of them for some reason even if I know they're kinda cheesy and sappy.
