yeh its my crappy samsung galaxy s phone with no flash..i need to be in full daylight to get crisp images.

Just stay active and keep moving..i got a job that gives me a daily workout..
i ride a bicycle everywhere i go, and excersise in the mornings..i relax and wind down in the evening.
Sitting arround over 2 hours a day can hurt you because all your food goes to storage(fat production)
and eating before you sleep is bad too.
Read the back of food under the ingredients- stay away from artificial sweeteners,MSG, aluminum,dyes, high fructose corn syrup,
excessive preservatives, propoline glycol ( a type of antifreeze), Anything that has Hydrogenated anything, and especially if you cannot even pronounce the word at all..
Rule#1 the less ingredients it has the better off you will be. For instance: Corn chips : Ingredients- Salt, corn. = better for you than Doritos
with a million other gross things in it.
Eat lots of fruit(dark colored is better) and veggies to provide many useful nutritional values and fiber to clean out your insides..
And Take some multivitamins..Something like "One a day" that is formulated for men WITHOUT Iron and Folic Acid.

well i am not sure that i am really on any diet. Just do research on good food verses bad food, read ingredient labels, eat lots of veggies,fruit, and take my vitamins. I am sure that i could be much heavier, but i am so active that i doubt the weight would stay for very long. I thank my job every day for keeping me moving! Beats a sit down job any day!

I know how that is. Just take a lot of photos and pick from the better ones then delete the bad ones or use them for future body references for drawings. It's what i do.

Awesome! What a great idea for a short series of drawings. Have like just a little bit of a demon or fairy showing up in a mostly dark picture, in a narrow beam of light. I think that would be kinda cool and mysterious, or maybe frightening!

That would be frightening..its dark then bam..beam of light with a fairy or something showing up..then it dashes right into your face...I'd fall out of my chair and trip down stairs XD

that would be scary because we'd be tripping all over the place, possibly falling and stabbing ourselves with something sharp on the floor by accident while this evil creature is just walking around us as if in daylight XDDD..or it could just be leaving like you said....makes me feel bad for some bugs that scare kids unintentionally and get stepped on

Bugs yes.. i actually can see their side of the story. We do encroach on their territory, much like we do every thing else. It is sad how us larger creatures have dominance over the small, and little to do with understanding on their part.
As far as fairies and other mystical things are concerned...i can imagine that there are places we have yet to travel, or have but not noticed, that have these creatures and possibly even more. There are certain springs with high mineral content that attract such interesting things, some might call "orbs" or "will o wisp". [link] check that out.

Poor things just trying to survive and here we come...though I'm guilty with the killing Roaches and running from bee's.but most other bugs lile rollipolli's, some works and such i don't mind, I can take those outside without feeling I have to kill them or something >>
and those orbs are amazing...there has to be fairies of some sort..
its so mystical...I'd actually sit there and talk to see if fairies would respond to me XD

I wonder what else we just don't seem to notice that is just beyond our perception.
And i don't mind if bugs are outside. Its the harmful ones inside the apartment i have a problem with.
Killed a spider the other day in a pot by my bedside where my gardenia plant is growing. I normally wont bug them because they eat other bugs, but if they crawl into bed, i get nasty bites that need to get looked at. Spider venom gives me bad headaches and makes my lymph nodes swell up on my neck.
i thank the powers that be that i have not come across a brown recluse, or black widow.

I don't like bee's they freak me out and roaches...they bite..
and I got bit by a jumping spider once..on my ankle..I couldn't walk on it...but I am glad I never came across those evil spiders either..the house I was in years ago was old and was known for having some bugs come into it from outside...XD

nasty little things the rotten roaches are. I bought some powdered shells called Diatomaceous earth. The powder is microscopic glass like shards that cut into the roach armor and causes them to dehydrate and die. It gets onto their armor then they try to clean it off by eating it.. so it gets inside them too! It isnt a chemical, so if the area is dry, like under the sink or behind a counter or under the furniture and baseboards then it will stay there safely. Any insect that crawls through will feel the wrath of the powder. Does not work in wet places.(turns into solid clay then its useless) Just vaccume it up if you spill it. Great for fleas, roaches, ants, almost any crawling insect..not spiders though.
I work for a small garden and home decor store. This stuff is cheap, useful in small amounts, and safer than nasty chemicals.
I think your mom needs a small bag of this stuff.Comes in a squeezable bottle too, for the tiny cracks and crevices. here is a link [link]

i hope it helps them out.. I know what a pain it is to have roaches... here in my new apt, i have spiders. Because the front door in the main hall is not tioghtly sealed and they come in at night to eat bugs by the lights. Trouble is, i cant reach the tall celings to clean off the webbing..and they crawl everywhere in the hallways. Some of them get into my apt!! Spiders play by different rules than most other insects.The powder will not work on them.
