It is a small corner retail shop near the Missouri Botanical gardens. We get lots of people in to see our store.

Off hand, where do you get resistance straps. I have been thinking of getting a set but I don't have alot of cash.

Check out resistance straps in places like the fitness aisles in Wall mart, target, or Amazon.com.
The great thing about the straps is that you can get a good workout on nearly every major muscle, you may even look for video tips
on You tube. Also the straps may be available in different weight grades, and you dont have to worry about crushing injury
if you drop it on your foot or floor unlike its cousin the Barbell.
Most straps can be bought under 20 bucks. I have found that you can adjust some straps simply by stopming on them closer to the handles
to increase resistance..( however do this carefully because some handles may buckle under the stress but the band itself is usually tougher)
