The original version that I was talking about.

I don't normally do much fan art, or human art for that matter, but there's just something about ATLA that just brings it out of me. So here's a little Aang/Katara fan art, or rather, my husband and I represented as them.

It's actually kind of a longing piece. My husband won't be down here for another 5 or so weeks.

The idea of cosplaying as them came to me the other day .

While I would jump at the opportunity to cosplay as them, a.) my husband isn't really into that sort of thing, and b.) by the time I'm out of school and back in the states, I'll probably be a little too old/busy to cosplay, but what the heck, its fun to imagine, 'what if'.

In the rare instances that I do do human art, its usually of myself, like so [link] . Now I don't want to come across as narcissistic or anything, but the reason I do this is because I'm VERY self conscious about getting my humans right, because the slightest little deviations are noticeable to everyone. If I'm going to screw up a human picture, I'd much rather save some embarrassment by having it be myself, than someone else.

This will be the last of these I'll burden you with.
