Wow, great piece!
Your artwork is very stylized so I can't really critique you much on anatomical structures. However, I think you should saturate the colors a little bit more and maybe raise the contrast a bit after that to really make it much more colorful. I'd also suggest maybe taking the blur tool and blurring out some of the pixelated areas a bit.
But anyways, looking great so far!
