Ah, there is a story behind this. x) no, i'm not emo.I drew this at a drawing course i'm on. It took me weeks (since we're only there once a week). It's a really cozy place with lots nice people actually... but enough about that...
anyway, my town is really dedicated to culture and stuff, so this summer they held a "culture festival", to which the norwegian minister of cuture attended, i got to meet him!
he was awesome.my drawing course thing group drew stuff for that festival. this was my addition to it.
we had a theme; to make some masks and paint them; and draw something to fit with it. the theme was body fixation, and you know, the ideal that young girls think women should be like; the skinny models and dolls and stuff. So i drew this. it's kinda like, blablabla, this person tries to put up a mask on the outside, that this person wants to be percieved as. but after a while, she isn't able to contain that mask any longer, and it breaks, revieling how she really feels on the inside. haha.
it's a bit old, but i'm really satisfied with this. i put alot of work and effort into it x)
