More pixel-art, this time of Aislin alone. Since this is a solo pic, I may as well ramble about her a little~

Aislin Liadaine
She's just turned thirteen years old at the beginning of the first Tales of Symphonia game, which would put her at around the end of her fifteenth year or the beginning of her sixteenth at the start of Dawn of the New World. (I do wish the game was a little more specific with how many months had passed, but...) She hails from Triet, though she'd left the desert town to go on a different adventure with a warrior named Serenade before Colette passed through for the Fire Seal. Both of her parents are still alive, and she has an older brother (who's really intimidating and who she's really scared of) named Rhine.

Aislin is one of those people who's constantly sleepy. Yawning is about as common as breathing for her, to be honest. She can even fall asleep in the middle of a -monster-infested dungeon- if she's tired enough (which makes it pretty likely that she'll die young). During her more 'awake' moments she comes up with all kinds of ideas for things... but by the time it's time to do them, she's usually too tired to follow through and blows it off unless someone twists her arm about it.

When it comes to fighting, she uses two daggers and follows the 'I'll-try-to-wear-them-out-and-if-that-doesn't-work-I'll-run-like-hell' brand of combat. She's surprisingly agile and durable, considering how small she is and how tired she is all the time, but she'll usually conk out just after a tough fight - or, if it gets too hard, in the middle of one. She's a little (okay, a lot) OCD about having enough Apple Gels and Orange Gels and Life Bottles on her at ALL times, and tends to over-analyze simple puzzles in dungeons - she's usually still analyzing them even as Serenade's finishing up SOLVING them just by messing around with the stuff.

And... yeah. That's Aislin.
