... SEXY!`dxd bought me an Orchid plant the other day... It's so gorgeous!
I was aiming for a painting-like, almost surreal style for this, and I think I achieved it whilst still respecting the photo itself
Model: Canon DIGITAL IXUS 70
Shutter Speed: 1/25 second
F Number: F/2.8
Focal Length: 6 mm
ISO Speed: 100
Adjusted contrast, added a sepia tone, then curves, adjusted colour and then noise removal + sharpening... Then more contrast adjusting

I like this one. The angle goes very well with the composition and the subject stands out from the white background. That red part almost looks like a fairy or butterfly. Little gray shades in the back are nice detail.
Not sure, but I think square crop might have looked rather good. It is the symmetry that made me think of it. The diagonal line from the lower-left corner through the center of the flower would have ended quite nicely to the upper-right corner.
But then again the composition works as it is, so it's not broken. Good picture.
