Here is the first CH OC right here is Mullein.

Mullein Tea is one of the NPCs in Inkwell Isle One. She is in late adolescence of twenty like the Cup Bros and she is very kind, energetic and reliable. Mullein lived with her aunt, Lavender Tea at her lovely cottage in Inkwell Isle One. She never knew her parents since she was baby; they left her on her aunt's doorstep at night for unknown reasons and she is now under the care of her aunt. She gets along with the Cup Bros. when they were small children and somehow she is being a big sister-figure to them as well and even Lavender gets along with Elder Kettle. Mullein heard of Devil's Casino and she has to stay away from that place since the Devil and King Dice were untrustworthy. In-game, she is right next to Alma's level which that she will give the player/s a task to find some butterfly peas which they were located right behind Goopy's level and she will give a reward of three coins. In the Cuphead Show, she is voiced by Cherami Leigh(Voice of Lucy Heartfilia from Fairy Tail) .
