I must say. Special A really something else. There's something I like to ask all of you. How would Kei Takishima and his SA friends feel when Hikari got herself a female rival? Relax guys, this female rival won't compete with Hikari for Kei's affection or Hikari's affection because just like everybody else, the female rival knows Kei's feelings for Hikari. She just working her way to defeat Hikari. Similar to Hikari's working her way to defeat Kei. And of course, the female rival and Hikari would surely become friends. You see, the relationship between Hikari and the other girl that I've just spoken of is that she and Hikari become friendly rivals. Okay, Here's how Hikari's female rival's relationships with SA members goes down...
Female Rival and Hikari Hanazono: She will be good friends and develop a friendly rivalry with Hikari.
Female Rival and Kei Takishima: She'll befriends with him due to the fact he cares about Hikari so much as well as she pretty much figure it out about Kei have feelings for Hikari.
Female Rival and Tadashi Karino: She'll befriends with him. She'll might have a crush on Tadashi. However, once she learns that Tadashi fallen in love with Akira,then she decides to let it go as she wants Tadashi to be happy. Isn't that pretty nice of her?
Female Rival and Jun and Megumi Yamamoto: She would also befriends with them.
Female Rival and Akira Todou: At first, after she heard that Akira is the one who beaten Tadashi up, she wouldn't like her for abusing him. Thus ,those two would become frenemies. And they have a couple of fights. However,once they explain everything, then she will befriends with Akira.
Female Rival and Ryuu Tsuji: She will get along with Ryuu.
As for the English VA, I prefer Hikari's Female Rival to be played by Jamie Marchi. For those who don't watch Special A English dub, Hikari Hanazono is dub voiced by Monica Rial. Just think, a friendly rivalry between Monica Rial's character and Jamie Marchi's character in S.A. : Special A series.
