I took the free base template from cubeecraft.com, drew the characters on the template in Photoshop, printed them, cut them out, folded them, and...TADAAAA.

This would look more authentic if Stocking had her back turned to Kneesocks. In anime, you always turn your back to your opponents after mortally wounding them, even if they try and get your attention.
