1 out of 2 Collab commissions between for of her character Rhapsodia! ♥
This was finished all way back in 2016!
But due to circumstances, I was not able to upload.

I made the lines, Pemiin coloured and then we did final touches together.
It was so much fun to draw the drilly pigtails and I adored to make a cute petite body!
My favourite part is how the skirt swings up, and how the shading on the legs are made!
