From all of the members in Malyce's high command, Shareba is by far the oldest one, considering her first life and the day she died.

In her first life, Shareba was known for being a beauty, no one was able to resist. May it be man or woman, everyone fell to Shareba's magical charm.

Shareba herself made greatest use of that, to gain whatever she desired. Either she sold her body or she sold her services to seduce someone. Her services made her very famous and rich in the entire country. So it happened that she became well-known as well in the high nobility. From the first job she got there, she became actually nothing more than a tool, everyone wanted to use for their own purposes or pleasure. Still, she was a tool that was handeled carefully and treated like a treasure.

However, while someone might say that selling her body was something pathetic or a sign of desperation, Shareba did this on willingly for the sake of money. And power. She got hired by various clients and got paid by them. In a matter of years, she became the richest person in the entire country.

The one, who was used as a tool earlier, soon handled the entire country as a tool.

With time passing on, the signs of time didn't spare Shareba. So she started to look for ways to make her beauty everlasting and with an entire country to her feet, she got her hands on a magical scroll soon.

“A body like the desert's sands... Smooth, eternal, healing itself from any signs of changing...”

For Shareba, this magical scroll sounded too good to be true. However, the scroll sounded too promising to let this chance get away. Without letting a single minute pass, Shareba ordered the execution of the ritual.

The ritual required that she needed to be bandaged in specially prepared bandages, while exposed to the midday sun on the longest day of the year. The ritual was executed, just like it was ordered and everything seemed to work like planned. When Shareba removed the bandages after the ritual, she looked into the mirror.

It turned out that she forgot one important thing about the desert's sands, which wasn't mentioned in the scroll...

Sands are absolutely dry...

The ritual had removed all liquid out of her skin, leaving Shareba behind as a wrinkly mummy, far away from the beauty she desired. Angry about that, Shareba rampaged around in her palace, killing everyone, she saw and with that, discovering that there was more about that scroll...

Whenever Shareba touched any man or woman, her touch alone dried them out, completely robbing them from any fluid in their body. Additionally, her body absorbed the fluids and restored the fluids in her own body, even if it was for mere moments.

Still, the spell that made Shareba irresitable for everyone was broken, so everyone raised their weapons against her. Those who directly attacked Shareba soon found out that the rest of the scroll told the truth...

Arrows went through her as if they flew through sand, swords swang through her or got stuck in her, as if someone tried to stab sand.

In a desperate attempt of stopping Shareba, they tried to bury her alive in catacombs. Although it might have cost them hundreds of people, they succeeded and Shareba was never able again to get out of the catacombs.

...until the day, the Deathborn came...

Many centuries later, when the old civilizations had passed away and made place for new ones, Malyce and her undead armies fell over the kingdom, which was build over the catacombs. Sensing the catacombs deep below in the earth, Malyce ordered the excavation of the catacombs to revive those, who are buried there. However, instead of peacefully exhume corpses, Malyce and her troops were attacked by Shareba, who still haunted through the catacomb's hallways. Seeing the mummy angrily approaching her servants, Malyce stepped in, planning to defend her servants. Just when Shareba was about to touch Malyce, Malyce felt the magic that was affecting the mummy. In the very last moment, Malyce knocked Shareba aside. While Shareba was about to stand up, Malyce's spirit reached into Shareba's, feeling her wrath and desperation.

Malyce smiled and offered Shareba a hand to stand up.

“I can feel the magic inside of you... You suffer under it... However, I can alter the magic that affects you, I might not be able to free you from it, but I can make it more pleasant for you.”

Shareba didn't understood what Malyce might have meant, but hoping to absorb Malyce's fluids, she still grabbed after her hand...

Finally, the feeling of her body rejuvenating went through Shareba. Completely restored, she opened her eyes and looked at Malyce, who still hadn't changed the slightest bit. Malyce embraced the confused Shareba and embraced her.

“Welcome back... welcome back to the living...”

Malyce explained what she had done to Shareba. Malyce had changed the magic in Shareba's body, so that Shareba was finally able to decide for herself, if she has the need to absorb fluids. She wouldn't turn back into her dried out state on her own, but harm to her body would make her lose fluids and therefor, bring her back to her old state.

For Shareba however, it didn't mattered much. After so many years, she was finally able to be herself again, in all her beauty. Shareba grabbed after Malyce's hand and kissed it carefully, to show her gratitude, as well as her willingness to repay Malyce with her services for as long as she lives.

And so Malyce left that country behind her and returned home with hundreds of new undead servants, as well as Shareba, whose passion would be a pillar for the society of the Deathborn.

With the arrival of Malyce and her servants in Eternity's End, Shareba got the task to spy out other countries and do what she could do best.... Armed with her restored charming beauty, a cruel mind and dangerous magic, Shareba is out to seduce those who hold power, knowledge or wealth, so she can steal it in exchange for pleasure.

“Come on... this body can be entirely yours... Satisfy your lust on this body and in return... satisfy my thirst...”
