it's the first time I tryed something like that...

awesome picture, the colourscheme is exlusive - like made for my taste at least
And just for the sillyness: His pose (like leaning down or something) makes me feel like I was a lost child sitting up in a tree crying and then *poff* he found me and with some evil glare makes me stop crying (I'm still a child), hoping he won't kill me if I just shut up!
So crazy, but thats good skills according to me, you made me feel something!

echt n cooles bild, mir gefällt der hintergrund auch total gut, wie die blätter schatten werfen und so. er hat total schöne augen, sehen bedrohlich und interessant aus. mir gefällt das farbschema sehr gut, wald ist toll ^-^

das erste mal das ich wald gezeichnet hab, aber ich hatte meinen spaß, geb ich zu xD auch wenn ich oft am aufgeben war... man fängt an und findet iwie alles mist aber nach ner zeit wirds dann doch zu was ansehnlichem. ich bin froh das das bild was geworden ist, das mit den blattschatten wollte ich unbedingt mal probieren und ich hab mir vorher viele bilder bei DA angeschaut, wie andere leute das gemacht haben XD und das resultat is ein glück gut ^^
ich mag seine augen auch furchtbar gern..darin könnt ich mich verlieren x__x hrhr

The shadow effect from the tree looks spot on- and for your first time, I'm once again impressed.
The green of the forest, the green of his eye, it's all so appealing to look at!

but to the background i have to say that I used a draft for the shapes of the trees and leaves.
you can see that in the WIP ( where also the full background is )
