I don't think I'm qualified enough to write a real critque, so I'll just post my opinion here. <;
The drawing itself is really pretty. I love the composition and the turqois for the background. that's not something you see very often. <3
I do believe the drawing could have a lot more impact if you went into more depth while shading. Some intense contrasts in dark and light to make the tiger more distinguishable and to give the background more depth. It's easy to see that you wanted the background to be some markets going down a street until the horizon. But, to be honest, from the shading it looks like all of it is in the same layer. I hope you know what I mean, I'm not the best with words.
All in all I think the picture is great, but it could have been even better with more intense shading.
