Her cranial ridges almost make her seem half-human. Of course I am more used to the style of Klingon portrayed in TNG, DS9 and Voyager...so I am not sure if the style has changed since then...I haven't seen any of the movies past Star Trek X.

The one in the picture is closer to TNG/DS9. Newer Klingons range from the ones in the Kelvin timeline who look Klingon enough to be passable, to the ones in Star Trek: Discovery, which don't look like Klingons at all.
