You could shape better her legs, those are just two cilinders. Try also thicker eyelids or highlighting lips. Her face doesn't look very feminine imho.

Thanks for your crit. Yeah, I realized her legs were wonky after I was done coloring it and I was just so tired and didn't feel like changing them. Perhaps one day I will go back and fix them.
With regards to the other stuff, though, this is a piece of fan art and I wanted to keep the character true to her original self. She's a 10-year-old girl, so she's not quite as feminine as, say, a 20-something year old. I just draw 'em like I see 'em.
