Happy Tree Friends combined with Team Fortress???THIS IS MADNESS!!!
From Right to left:
Sniffles as Medic ->
Scientist, well quite an obvious choice. But I don't know why I make him so tall... Oh well, a medic gotta be a medic
Russell as Demoman ->
Eye patch FTW! Not to mention that smug on his face, and a pirate's attitude of drinking rum gotta fit that beer drinking scottish Demoman with an attitude
Flippy as Soldier ->
A very obvious choice for the mad soldier. Well, perhaps it is also his helmet, it made things better
Cuddles as Scout ->
Speed? Rabbit's gonna do the job, especially with that little hyperactive Boston punk the scout is, Cuddles fits in the bill
Pop as Sniper ->
I don't know about this, its a bit difficult choosing the sniper considering his personality differs with the Tree Friend's traits. But one thing for sure, the jarate is Cub brand
Lumpy as Heavy ->
Heavy, sturdy and resilient, is the heavy's description, which fits Lumpy well who is large, extremely resilient towards damage. WITH A CATCH!!! The Heavy in TF2 is actually very clever, which contrast with the dumb Lumpy
The Mole as Spy ->
There is a good reason that French named their agents "Moles" (in French anyways)
Handy as Engineer ->
He really needs that replacement hand by the way, which fits the book that the engie actually lost "a" hand
And both are engineers! What better match is that?Nutty as Pyro ->
Damn paper size limitation
Insanity fits the bill here! Not to mention I can stick matches and matchboxes on his tail as a substitute for Sweets!

I completely agree with ALL of these (Particularly NuttyPyro)
Sniffles has actually been seen an a doctor in many episodes
I don't actually have in-show evidence of Russel as the Demo except for the fact that he has a lot of limbs missing, and I would think a HTF Demo would be missing limbs.
Flippy IS a soldier.
Again, no evidence for Cuddles, but rabbits ARE fast.
I don't know who would fit the bill for sniper, so I'll take this.
LumpyHeavy is SOMUCHYES.
I'm pretty sure that there actually was an episode where it was revealed that Mole was a spy-thing at least for a while, so YES.

And, last but not least, the Pyro is described as deadly and in his own little world, and, well, we all know Nutty has his own little world, but he also has the ENTIRE MAIN CAST (Minus Lammy and Mr, Pickles) as his first victim. Including Splendid. Who's only died twice (according to the official wiki). Yeah.Β

all good, but i have a different setup for the team
Giggles would be the medic. (don't worry, Sniffles is fine as well, he can be an alternate)
Nutty is picked for the Demo, because he's the twitchy one of the group. (I'm fine with Russell as well)
Toothy should have been the Sniper (I'm not sure Pop is suitable for battle)
Cub teenage version would be the Heavy. (Lumpy could also be a good idea, though, he would get clumsy as usual on the field)
I picked Petunia to be the Spy. (The Mole is fine as well)
And finally, i picked Flaky as the Pyro, because she is the shy one of the group, Pyro can be pretty shy to me, so Flaky's perfect for the job!
Flippy, Cuddles, and Handy are fine with their own classes you picked. But, beside all of that, it looks great! Β

I kind of agree with your whole Nutty as a Pyro...But Flaky can easily fit this bill as well, since Flaky can be just as mentally unstable, and they both have that Male/Female debate still roaring even with the mountain of evidence put in front of the fanbase, and shoot, everyone gains a little "courage" when they have a gun in their hands

Combining HTF with Team Fortress isn't all that hard to believe! I think its funny.
Plus I've read like two differant fanfics with the two combined.
All the characters pretty much fit, well minus the sniper... but oh well.

Well... Sniper is a unique case as most characters doesn't seem to have a match with him. Petunia could be a good choice actually, but she needs to get freaked the hell out if we're talking about the jarate

Well, I have to say that Flaky as a pyro would be quite hilarious, yet a plausible choice too! Gender confusion, and the intended contrast of personalities does a hilarious job, not to mention how Flaky can also turn insane. As for the Sniper, the only reason I chose Pop is because of Cub: Baby Business (if you know what I mean) to produce the Jarate
