Oh god, she needs mini dragons XD XD XD But she's absolutely lovely. Her cape is beautiful and I adore her hair. Prob one of my favorite characters from that show.

The books have some sex (if that's what he's encountered) but they added a LOT of sex to the TV show that wasn't in the original plot. Not sure why, it's really not necessary... Blood and violence is everywhere too, of course

I think he has watched the TV show, at least I haven't seen him with a book around here for...a long long while.
Maybe those who made the show thought that more people would watch it is has more sex in it. Anyway, too much can be a killer too. Some years ago I read a book and the theme was really good, absolutely my thing, it was also written very good but... in every chapter at least one long sex scene and the book had many short chapters. So there wasn't much story beside the sex

Yeah, when there's too much sex, I find it a turn off. I don't mind a scene worked in here and there, but when there's more sex than plot, I find it incredibly annoying. And the scenes start sounding the same
I like a little sex to spice things up, but you can't make a story out of it!

Plus the excitement, if and when they get each other (again) is gone. And every other touch/words seem so meaningless against the huge amount of sex.

YES! All the subtle touches and glances are absolutely meaningless because they have each other constantly. It's such a waste. Sex must be worked in, not overloading the rest of the plot.

Yes, all the sexual tension is gone and so is the plot. And after a while I had the feeling that they somehow lost their personalities, the scenes were written as if the characters could have been exchanged and no one would notice it.

That plot could have been interesting, like really. That's why I kept reading, in the small hope the plot would return. No chance. It was already dead.
