Haha, Sgt. Frog (also known to some as Keroro Gunso)... Who saw this coming for a stamp?
I made it go faster by one frame, but it goes much faster if you view it in Firefox...
I recorded it with ManyCams and my Pinnacle Studio software, if anyone was wondering how I got the video for the GIF... And I imported the video into Photoshop CS5 and put the stamp border around it, then saved it as a GIF...
Sgt. Frog is owned by Mine Yoshizaki... And that's it. :U

Holy crap, I remember this show. I went to spain once and they were playing a dubbed version of it there. I forgot what it was called, but it was pretty funny.
