that is fantastic! I wish the stars always looked like that! If you still never seen it properly you and I need to go hike a simple mountain and look up at the sky all night. I hear it's better when you're closer.

i always wanted to see it. but fucking light pollution. YEAH. THOUGH.. last time i went on vacation i was looking out the window of a plane and i saw it a little bit. i squealed XD

I'm glad I am not alone in thinking that.
I used to live in the country side in some run-down trailer park. There was still light-pollution, but it was way less then in the city. What I was able to see of the night sky was drop-dead amazing.

I heard one time LA had a blackout so severe they could see the night sky clearly for the first time in forever... People actually panicked because they had no idea what was going on XD
