Description Finally managed to get some pictures taken. :3

Ratchet is a fully-operational coin-bank, with two plugs in his feet for easy money retrieval. I'm not quite sure how much coinage the git can hold, but I'm thinking in pounds at least, and I don't mean English currency. XD

The little Wheeljack cracks me up; he's supposed to have an explodey bomb-thingy in his hands, and he's looking way too happy about it. Ratchet probably shouldn't be smirking like that, but I'm thinking he hasn't noticed what's in 'Jack's hands yet.

There will actually be a small Optimus Prime made for this as well, but since I'm moving, and everything is packed in boxes, it may be a while, and my WIP pics have been up for too long. XP

Ratchet is 13" tall, made from Sculpey, acrylic paints and glazes, felt on the bottom of his feet with PVC stoppers. His sizable wrench is made from balsa wood and painted with acrylics. Wheeljack is made from LaDoll air-dry stone clay and acrylic paints.

Hahah, thank you very much! He's definitely the largest sculpey-based project I have done to date; though it looks like the next one I'm working on is trying to be bigger. I thought I'd learned my lesson the first time. XD

Why thank you! :3 Ratchet was lots of fun to sculpt, though definitely a challenge. Wheeljack was just plain entertaining to make; I kept cackling at his smug grin and the explodey bit in his hands. XD

Aw, well thank you! This was my first real foray into sculpting a Transformer, so I sorta wimped out and went for chibi first. XD I believe in a smirking, often happy sort of Ratchet; it's my belief that he's capable of emotion other than grumpy. *laughs*

Actually the best tools for making hollow things like banks are a hand-cranked pasta maker and lots of aluminum foil. XD

Yeah, I admit it was quite a lot of work; I didn't actually mean for it to be so big. XD But it was a good learning experience, and has helped to prepare me for future projects, I think.

I think we're about five seconds away from Ratchet figuring out what Wheeljack is holding in his hand. The wrench is going to fly! I've also decided that Ratchet likes to watch Fullmetal Alchemist and is a fan of Winry (since she's a fellow wrench slinger).

I'm completely speechless over how awesome this guy looks (AND HE'S ALL MINE!) and if I hadn't been in the office surrounded by people I don't like, I would have let loose a MAJOR screech.

She really does, doesn't she? I'm looking forward to the next few episodes, because it's the lab five episodes where Ed gets his ass handed to him by Envy and Winry shows up to fix his arm. Which means the whole Ed and Al argument and Winry's subsequent smashing of Al with her wrench is about to happen. YAY!
