Description
This is Zarphus in the ancient Varia suit. I wanted to see how simple i could make a way to shadow and highlight my drawings I scan and outline in photoshop. I used a basic brush with 50% opacity and 1% flow, going over the areas repeatedly to get the effects right. I completed this one in about a day.Related content

erhm well the ears... the chozo dont normally have that, although i found that the blue chozo in the background of the map location marker cutscenes in zero mission had ears like that.

I didn't know they had rabbitlike ear thingys... I thought they were plain looking, ancient bird mens with near godlike intelligence. I mean, they ceated the Metroid race from scatch for goodness sakes...
