Just little details that all come together to make this mamzing picture,such as the lighting and shadow on the gloves,the crease in the clothes,AND THE BLOOD LOOKS SO REALISTIC! As well as the face marks,cause we all have them,we just dont know how to draw them well enough so they wont look like the person is ONE THOUSAND YEARS OLD,So NICE JOB!
MEdic is one of my favorite classes in Team Fortress,As well as the Spy,THE POWER OF BOTH COMBINED THEY ARE AN INDESTRUCTIBLE TEAM FORCE!
