I really like the character design and I love his outfit. Really nice work on the pose and the coloring.
I have one minor critique and that's the rain droplets. Not that you used them but they all follow a clear repeating pattern across the image so it kind of loses the look of reality I think your going for.
With these sort of patterns the best thing you can do is randomize them by flipping each pattern column around in a 180 and 90 degree angle so it looks more random. Another thing you can do is use rain drop patterns in Photoshop and spread them around randomly at different sizes. It's a little more time consuming but the results usually looks better.Β
Again it's a beautiful piece and this is only a minor critique
