PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT
If you're using MS Paint, like I am, you can make it MS Friendly by:
-Saving it as a 16 Color Bitmap
-Changing the lighter grays to black
-Going from there!
Unless the original PSD file has an MS Paint version and I didn't think of that before
