Where do I start?
There is a tutorial layer at the very top of the file. Make it visible (Click the eye icon next to it in the layers window in Photoshop) to see the basics of what you need to know. All the layers except for a basic male set are invisible to start. You need to make each layer visible/invisible as desired to get the set you want. If there are any overlapping areas, you can erase them if you would like.
This line won't go away!
Make sure you have the correct layer selected! Click the correct ear layer to erase part of an ear, hair for hair, tail for tail, etc.
What program do I need to open this?
Any paint program that accepts PSD files and supports layers should work. Photoshop or Paint Tool Sai are probably your best bet though!

i do not know if i am allowed to do this, but because i do not have the correct things to use this picture on(I only use MS Paint), i am lining it. Hi, I am using Photoshop Elements and I am having a bit of trouble.. I cannot open the additional groups such as the ears, hair, tail etc. If you have Photoshop Elements, can you make a compatible link please?

Abode CS2 is free to the public so I recommend downloading that.
